Review on Steadfast by James Julien

I like how easy it is for our team members at work to use this program, as well as being able to have multiple people using one account simultaneously without any problems arising between them all. There's nothing really negative about this software; but if you are looking into something new in your organization then give it a try! The only thing we dislike most was having too many different options when creating forms or doing other things through out of office hours (i.e., weekends). This has been fixed now though by giving us more customization/options so employees can create what they want instead of just going off default templates and such. We're solving issues related to email management within both internal communication and customer service situations.
