I am here to tell you that this is absolutely correct. This mug is everything it claims to be and more. I'm not a fan of quick coffee or tea. My drinks always get cold before I get to the bottom. I've had these little electric coffee mug warmers for years. They work great when you're standing still, but if you need to move at all, forget it. So I bought a few to place in strategic locations. I forgot to turn them off and ended up with more mess than I needed. I even tried a fancy USB coffee mug last year. It was overpriced and ineffective. There are many insulated coffee bottle holders out there, but I like the mug. I want the experience of holding a coffee cup by the handle, the old-fashioned cup experience. Finally! I found this simple modern mug! A hot drink poured into this mug at 9am will stay hot at 2pm! Unbelievable. In fact, if I want to drink it quickly, I have to take the lid off. Open the drinking hole at the top if you want your drink to cool faster, but if you leave the lid closed you can expect your drink to stay hot for many hours. It comes in a variety of colors to avoid confusion around the office, is easy to clean and works exactly as described. I can't say enough good things about this sturdy little mug.
