We bought it on a lightning sale thinking it was around $15 costs more than other brands , should be of higher quality. Unfortunately we didn't think it was like that. Looks good but the internals and top appear to be cheap plastic like most other brands. Another thing I couldn't deal with was that the clock is in 24 hour mode and there is no way to change it. You can plan with it, and the buttons are actually touch-sensitive, so you barely have to press your finger to activate them. But why the coffee machine only gets two stars is because the upper plastic lid is not completely closed (see video). ). Not sure if it was the heat or something else, but obviously it should never happen, especially after paying a premium for mainstream brands. We ended up returning it for a different brand and cheaper cost and are happy with it.
