2000 Toyota Tacoma 5VZ-FE 5spd - Works!
After doing my own research, I have found this to be compatible with my truck. The Revain workshop said it was incompatible. I was able to pull the sensor connector out of the cabin. I used a long flathead screwdriver to disconnect the wire harness from the attachment point on the gearbox. I then fished out the original sensor by bringing it into the cockpit. I connected the Denso and routed it through the center hole from inside the cabin.
