We love the sleek, modern design, and it keeps coffee as hot as the old, bulky one we've used for years. Our old one had a fill button on top, which looked easy when we bought it, but we decided it wasn't great. The coffee leaked through the lid, leaving a residue that couldn't be thoroughly cleaned. It's easy to fill, pour and clean. We received it a few days after ordering.
