I like to sleep comfortably. To that end, I started buying a thick orthopedic mattress. I also have a heated mattress topper. (Suffering from cold feet that take forever to stay warm in bed? Buy a heated mattress topper. Now you'll be wondering how you used to sleep well without them.) I get good, fluffy but supportive pillows. I've found amazing sheets (for a lot of money) that make you feel like you're stepping into some sort of ad for milk and honey-based products. The only thing getting in the way of my comfort was my blanket. It was old and the once fluffy filling had thickened. Now when it gets colder I fold extra comforters to keep me warm and rolled up the mattress topper which meant I was trapped under 100lbs of bedding that made it difficult to turn over and impossible to cool down when you overheated. Climb into this blanket. Ceiling? Do you remember the ad for milk and honey? Now there are clouds. Perfectly plump, fluffy and warm. So warm that I didn't have to turn on the mattress heater after 2 and kept the house at 55-60 at night. Now you might think that sounds too warm, you're going to overheat anyway! Yes, it can get too warm, but the beauty of a light and airy duvet is that you don't have to move your foot, so it easily clings to the bed and instantly regulates your temperature. and all that, but I'm also a big fan of boolean data. I have a Fitbit that tracks sleep patterns. I used to be lucky enough to get an hour of deep sleep every night. Slightly below reference values for good sleep. Since using this blanket I have noticed that my deep sleep duration has increased by 50-100%. My girls like this blanket too. If I forget to close the door during the day, the person sneaks into bed even earlier! Check out this photo of where they are. See how low they sink? It's fluff. 10/10 fluffy!
