Review on LORAC 4099 PRO PRO Palette by Donna Hoff

Great pallet. Highly pigmented, smooth and easy to bend. The perfect palette! This was my first Lorak palette. I love them so much I just keep buying more and more of them. Pro palettes are the top level of Lorac palettes. Unpacked palettes are very beautiful, just not as pigmented. But whatever you do, don't buy the exclusive Revain Pink Champagne Palette. It's terrible. I contacted the company because the quality was very poor. I thought it was fake. I was told this is a Lorak palette. It is also made entirely in China. However, Pro Palette One is a great product. I don't know exactly where it's mined and produced. The company told me that different products are made in different places, including the US. At the moment I have eight pallets. The Pink Champagne palette is the only one to say "Made in China". Others say "made in the USA from American and non-American materials".
