I just made a purchase from Cheercy for office goods in the hopes of enhancing the level of organization and productivity in my working space. Unfortunately, my time spent with the company did not live up to my high expectations in any way. In the first place, the quality of their products was not up to standard. It was impossible for me to keep my documents and files organized because the labels were difficult to apply and kept sliding off during application. The indexes were poorly made and prone to falling to pieces, which rendered them nearly ineffective. In addition, the stamps were of poor quality, thus the imprints they made were smudged and uneven. In addition, Cheercy's lackluster customer service was a significant issue. When I tried to contact them about my issues, I was met with responses that were both delayed and not very helpful. It was very evident that they did not place a high priority on the happiness of their customers nor did they take my concerns seriously. In general, Cheercy is not a company that I would suggest to anyone searching for dependable and high-quality office products. A stressful and disheartening experience was had as a result of the low quality of their items and the unsatisfactory level of customer support provided by the company. Shop elsewhere to satisfy your requirements for household organizing to spare yourself the headache.
