Makes life easier best in my review
I am not a huge fan of sit-ups and crunches but this tool helps to make them more doable. I'm at least willing to add them back into the workout after this purchase. Great value for the money when compared to others I saw on the market.

- Very stiff. Lots of support, better for users over 5'8".

- Possibility of injuries if not used properly or with proper training
