The line attachment will break and come loose.
It is very cute and took a lot of the stress off my husband and I with our very boisterous 2 year old. We took it to museums, park concerts, hot air balloon festivals, and even camping trips. However, after just a few uses, the vest's rear fabric closure began to wear out as the stitching unraveled. I'm traveling by van and my only option is to hand stitch it, which I don't think would be safe enough. If you have a mild-mannered child, this probably isn't a problem. But if you have a child with Covid who hasn't been outside much and wants to see everything with wild energy, you might need something stronger.
