I am a black man with coarse hair (coarse hair varies for those in the know) and I was looking for a vegan brush because all the other brushes use a hog product. I did it for religious reasons and I just didn't want to comb my hair with animal parts. When I first used it I was surprised. When I took it out of the box the bristles felt a bit stiff, but when I used it on my hair they were actually very smooth. I love how it feels on my hair and it styles my hair very well. It doesn't irritate my scalp at all and actually feels better than any brush I've personally used (especially brushing in the shower 🥴 lol!). Well done guys, thanks for this great purchase.
