Kinda not really great
I wasn’t impressed. It’s too thick and dry. It didn’t apply well and was difficult to get more onto the stamper. More transferred onto the stencil than my brow. Oh, and it actually does smudge.
- This is so much more simple then trying to fill in eyebrows with a pencil, absolutely recommend 110%!!!
- I like how I can use this with my eyebrow stencils. It's quick, easy, and it lasts the whole day.
