Review on Wired Xbox 360 Controller: Gamepad Joystick for PC Windows 7, 8, 10 (Black) by Steven Hanson

Got it working after a long search. It works relatively well now, but it has to be plugged in before I even open Steam or it won't be recognized as a controller option. A rating of 3* corresponds to the level of inconvenience associated with his work. Previous Rating - 1* - The controller does not connect properly to my computer (Windows 10). My computer recognizes it as connected and as an Xbox 360 controller, but needs troubleshooting. The troubleshooter doesn't offer any solutions and I couldn't "turn it on" properly (the green light around the center button isn't lit). The description says no drivers are needed, but I'm assuming they are - I just can't figure out which ones.
