Review on 🌞 GDEALER 72ft Solar String Lights 200 LED 2 Modes Fairy Outdoor Lights, Waterproof for Patio Gardens Homes, Landscape Wedding Party Decoration by Shannon Smith

Lots of flashing modes, bright lights, long cord, works well in APARTMENTS - I recommend!

Looks good and the colors are clear. There are several different flashing modes (I think I counted seven?) which is nice. I bought two and set them to flash and change time to create a ripple effect. It was pretty cool and they worked fine, but sometimes they stopped pulsing and switched to a different flashing mode. They're long too - 72 feet is a good amount of rope and there are lights for most of them; There is a "dead zone" from the solar block to the first lights, which is understandable since that part of the world is ground or ground. It clearly seems to survive the cold and snow/ice unscathed - so I'd say it's waterproof. The solar panel also works well and has no damage from snow and ice. I live in an apartment, which is great because I don't have an external outlet. This is good because you just insert a button and put it on the outside. When the sun comes up, the lights will NOT come on and charge the batteries. As soon as the sun goes down/it gets dark, the light turns on automatically. They turn off when the battery dies or the sun comes up again, which usually means the batteries are dead. But they can be a good night light if you can position the solar panel in front of a window and hang it in the bedroom; They slowly dim and turn off at night. My only concern is that the solar panel may not absorb enough light during the day or its energy storage capacity may not be strong enough. In winter it can be cloudy and a bit gloomy, especially due to persistent snowfall. Some days the light only stays on for an hour or two after dark when it's not very sunny outside. In other cases, they last several hours but are very dull and weak. I think my only wish would be that on a very sunny day they could absorb enough energy to save some energy for other days. You may need a second battery or a larger solar panel. I will also point out that there are several other solar panel lights on the market. I bought two different types. I found them to be quite similar in their abilities, but they were a little less noticeable off the street. However, they are longer than other brands and have many different flashing modes and options.
