I've only had it a few weeks and the back zip broke already :/ my cats ran away and checked my car on the way to the vet....luckily we're ok and it was a short ride but this is their first time in this car outside of the stroller (aside from coming home from the shelter but staying in their stroller this time) the bars stick out and I have to keep poking them in, and being a soft shell it doesn't hold up so it collapses unless fully zipped up, and even then it doesn't have a strong frame and is a bit loose. It's a cool idea and a cute concept, but the design isn't durable, you can't wear it sides out because the strap on both sides is squeezing and the top of the stretcher is tightening and cats can only lie in it because of that only used it once.
