These scissors and brush arrived in a plain plastic bag so first impressions led me to believe they would be flimsy scissors but I was pleasantly surprised. are of excellent quality, made of stainless steel. They open and close tightly, but not tightly. They are very sharp. The pointed ends give me great control when I need to trim a long hair in my eyebrows. I just cut my bangs with them and they worked really well. The brush is good; This helps align the brow hairs before trimming. Please note that the loops on the handles are very small, if you have big hands they will be uncomfortable to hold. date
