I changed my rating from a 3 to a 2 for the following reasons, one side stopped working after only 8 weeks of sleeping with them. If they fit well, they work well. And they don't hurt when you sleep on your side. And the volume control has a good range. And a good cable length. So those things are evil about them. But they're hard to fit in your ears, they fall out too easily, and the volume knob has a slider so tiny you have to push it with your fingernail, but even if you put it in, the slot is so short it's difficult is to move a tiny fraction of the distance, you need to set the volume you want, which is often the case when you change the things you hear. Having said all that, I will say that these are issues I have had with other brands as well, even Apple buds. So if you've never had them, they might suit you.
