Quite simply
Good product, fairly easy to install. Simply get a suitable drill (1/2 inch) with a built in pin drill (center drill) (to drill exactly where you want it) (or use a separate small drill to start the pilot hole to allow the 1st /2 "Drill won't float when you start drilling) through the Loadere metal plate. Align mounting plates straight and square, drill, then screw. them on. It took about an hour.
