Great idea - execution suffers

I bought 2 for my 2 puppies the same age who now live on a 22 acre farm. I'm still waiting for them to be microchipped but figured these QR tags would be a good temporary and backup solution. Great in principle, but in hindsight the tags miss a lot and I'm ashamed. I didn't even think that they should be customizable (with name/phone number) before ordering. In Revain, that level of unique customization is simply not available. Another problem I found is not related to the product itself. If you lose the collar, you lose the token. This happened to me and now I regret not ordering a cheap label with my phone number and address on it. Another challenge is adding a second dog to the same online account. In short, you can't. You'll need to create a different account for the second dog, and you'll need to use a different email address to do so. You may need to hire a new IT team with basic account skills. Finally, I feel stupid if I think that QR code has an advantage over a tag with explicit visual data. The QR code can send the searcher a link with information, including a request to share their location. However, this requires the searcher to 1) know how to scan a QR code (nearly impossible at night) and 2) agree to share their location with an unreliable service. I'm sorry, but I don't trust my dog's safety to these dubious assumptions. Instead, just attach a tag with your dog's name and phone number.
