its a little funky when assembling, but as you get it put together it gets more durable. if you look over all the parts you can see how easy it is to put together. The directions were ok, but i didnt really need them. The bottom shelf and top shelf clip on to the sides and the other shelves just slide in between. Im very happy with it! I had mail, vitamins, readers, cables and other computer stuff all sitting out on my desk, it was a mess! All contained really well in this organizer, still plenty of space left.
