I received this reflector today. Want something flexible for the studio and for travel - no need to buy this. The frame on it is not flexible and very rigid. It is not easy to fold back into a small carry bag. I spent 15 minutes putting it back in the case. Didn't want to mess with a basic reflector - I just tried sending it back for a refund but the company tells us we have to pay for return shipping - $7.85 was the cheapest return. Update: We tried to put it back in the original box to send it back but it won't fold or fit in the original box. The piece is very large and hard. I would like a refund if anyone can help us.
