1. Errors in programming each person.2. Heck, I couldn't get him to program me.3. I got tired of asking every person I knew if they could figure out how to program this stupid scale correctly and one day I realized that after five attempts by five different people I had failed. I returned it and will buy a scale instead that will automatically tell you my BMI, water percentage, weight etc. WITHOUT DOWNLOADING THE APP I've been working hard on it. ππ
