Review on 🔀 HDMI Switcher 4k | GANA Intelligent 3-Port HDMI Switch with IR Remote | Supports 4K, Full HD1080p, 3D by Jim Diaz

This is an inexpensive splitter that works great. (The IR cable could be a bit longer, but it works fine for my use case.) My picture, video and performance are exactly the same as when connected directly with no quality loss. The monitor recognizes the full 4K resolution and switching is instantaneous. If you deactivate an input in use, it switches to the next active one. While I'm not sure if this applies to all settings, I use this to switch between a 1080TI gaming graphics card and a Surface Pro 4 (using a Mini DisplayPort to HDMI cable) with a 27" 4K -Switch monitor and NOT use the supplied USB port DC power. The remote is small, thin, and I love how the remote has numbers to jump straight to an input instead of pressing a button to cycle through the inputs. If you're using a splitter to change inputs versus a remote, you'll have to cycle through them to get the one you want. As with all my reviews I will update this review if there are any issues. with constant use.
