Finally found a narrow and comfortable boat!
Sperry is an established boat shoe. As with most shoe manufacturers, it's difficult to get 4A slim and wide. This boat shoe has a snug fit. Aha!

- I ordered size 9 but they were too big and loose. I had to send them back.
