The product itself is great! I like how my headlights work. However, the customer service sucks. When I went to install them, my factory dust covers didn't fit. So I emailed the seller and told him about my dilemma which also caused my headlights to fog up when it rained. They told me that for an additional $30 I would have to buy another lamp, a thinner design. $60 since I did the high and low beams. As soon as I called customer service they suggested I use the dust cover they are selling which will cost $18. I was a little upset that I had to pay for all of this as their message said it would fit my car and I don't have a unique car (Chevrolet Equinox) but I went ahead and ordered new dust covers. The dust covers were cheap flimsy rubber and they didn't seem to fit my car either. I'll try removing the front bumper and trim together to see if I can get it at the best angle. But I'm fed up with this company
