And in this one, after a long search and unnecessary shopping and shopping, I found everything in one. To help you save time and money, this ready-to-use, one-stop solution is available in the hobby lobby in the craft paints section, not the art paints section, for just $2.49 with no discount. It contains thick (heavy) color that creates a raised (or dimensional) line of color that dries to a matte finish. I'm deducting a star because of the high price online and the quality color, but this is a really good product. I wish I had found it sooner!
