Received the 20" chain after being more than satisfied with the 18" chain from the same seller, Versil. The product helped me attach the chain to my diamond pandant - there was a problem with the stem and this product fixed it by giving us loops/circular links to be able to attach the pendant to the chain. The chain on my diamond necklace/pendant broke, I wear it all the time - I think it was 15 years ago so I wasn't surprised when the original "died". I immediately thought of replacing it with the one I bought from Versil for my Emerald pendant - it's so beautiful (18 inches) and now 20 inches. I am very satisfied with the customer service and the product. I was surprised to find jewelry in stock. I always think of them for furniture - indoors/outdoors, household items, etc. I would recommend them to anyone and will continue to turn to them with problems like this.
