CorPeuM - Great tool if used consistently
The benefits are many, but mainly the ability to visualize it all, the dashboard is very useful to understand where we stand in terms of KPIs and to see how our strategy is progressing.The interface is not always intuitive and sometimes some functions don't work as expected. Also you need to use the system for some time before you can fully appreciate its potential. I think we have solved our operational issues and the main benefit is the control over KPIs and the ability to set up alerts when something changes. We also realized that it was possible to improve processes and procedures.
