This was not the product I was expecting when I opened the box so I can say I was a bit disappointed. I received a black case for my 2016 13" Apple MacBook Pro (with Retina, in case that matters) and it didn't live up to my expectations. The case is too big for the newer MacBooks and doesn't fit the way many people want My laptop was literally bouncing around inside the case, so anyone looking to buy one for their 2016 13" MacBook Pro shouldn't. When I opened it up, the first thing I thought was "Wow, that thing looks cheap." . I asked my family members and 5/6 of them said the same as me. I was hoping for a softer, shinier look rather than a leathery cheap leather product. The skin feels more like plush, which I didn't like at all. I was looking for a slim case that would fit my Mac comfortably in my backpack as I use it every day at school. The case felt a little big for something designed for a 13-inch laptop. It just wasn't the product I was looking for. If you don't mind the fluffy leather feel and the rather cheap look of the case, you should definitely grab it. I think you get what you paid for (pretty low price). This product just didn't suit me, even at the price I bought it. Pros: I got my money back with no problems.
