Based on my experience, these glasses did not live up to their advertised function. While they did offer some degree of blue light blocking, it was not substantial enough to make a difference for my eyes after long periods of computer use. The glasses were uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time, which defeats the purpose of purchasing glasses for computer use. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product as a reliable choice for those who spend a lot of time on their computers.
