I like that it can be customized to fit specific needs of each client, as well as provide options such as different types of dashboards or drill downs into data points within those reports. It's not easy to use at first if you're not familiar with creating customizations in Power BI Desktop. There are also some issues when using multiple monitors and how to maximize screen space. We used PAM for several years before moving over to performance analytics, which has been an improvement. The main benefit we've realized so far is being able to quickly pull up historical financials/reports and easily compare them against our current quarter numbers. I like that it's easy to use, has alot of features (and lots more coming soon) and is flexible with our business needs. It was very easy to incorporate into our daily business process and also has a ton of great 3rd party integrations. It's not perfect but we're working on solving those issues. We've been able to leverage this platform to improve our efficiency in reporting and data analysis.
