This case is a great alternative to an Otterbox Defender case. I compared the two and attached some images. The differences were:- Rubber slipcover of the Otterbox is more flexible and durable, with no plastic smell- The polycarbonate hard inner shells were the same, aside from the soft padding. The Otterbox case has a slightly thicker and cushier padding.- The AI Case is less than half of the price of an Otterbox Case.Pros:- Durable polycarbonate shell and rubber slipcover- The hard polycarbonate inner shell is very sturdy and is comparable in quality to Otterbox cases- Great value for the priceCons:- The rubber covering is very stiff and has a plastic smell to it- Depending on the color you get, be mindful of staining
