The support team is very responsive, they are always willing to help you out with any questions or concerns that arise during your project's development phase as well after completion! I have not encountered anything negative about this software so far from my experience using it for our organization (as we migrated over 200+ users). We used DTM in order to migrate data between 2 separate Salesforce orgs within one account/organization which was previously handled by an external vendor who no longer supported their product line at all due its lack luster performance compared to other solutions available today.
