The best thing about protected trust is that it has very good customer service, they are always available to help you out when needed! I have had no issues using this product at all so far but if there were any i would contact them ASAP because of their great support team!! It's easy for users who don't know much computer stuff or can not afford expensive email services like outlook/outlook web access etc..it works well as long your sending large amounts emails (over 100) per day then send from outside US servers otherwise its too slow in performance compared other providers such as microsoft exchange server which costs over $100 annually depending where u live.
