The best thing about this tool is its great support for team collaboration both internally or with clients using Slack. You can easily create channels in order keep track of your projects. It also has some useful integrations like GitHub which makes it really easy to manage project code repositories. I've been working as a freelancer since last 2 years but used to work as employee earlier so sometimes i find myself unable to use other tools effectively due to lack of experience. This is one such case. But overall, they are doing good job keeping up with market trends. If you want to be able to communicate more efficiently with colleagues and customers then definitely go ahead! There isn't anything too much dislikes at this point, just minor glitches here and there but nothing worth mentioning at all. Having said that, if you have any doubt regarding implementation process feel free.
