The ease of use, flexibility to integrate with existing apps/systems is great for our organization! I like that we can add new features as needed without having too many resources dedicated towards this service (as opposed from other services where you have limited functionality until more people are involved).

It's very easy onboarding users if they already know how things work in another system - so no training or learning curve required which makes it super useful when working across departments within an org who don't always understand one-another well enough yet need their systems integrated together quickly but keeping privacy intact at all times while doing so.
