The flexibility to connect different vendor platforms, the ability to connect with different users / devices and the integration of different types of risk. There is a need for more integration with external / internal partners / suppliers. There are also some quirks or differences with some vendors systems that I haven't found a workaround for so YMMV. I like that it's easy enough for users of all levels to learn how to use but also has plenty of features available so advanced users can tweak things they need without having to ask too many questions. The dashboard layout could be better organized. It makes sense that some of the tabs are more obvious than others. I have been using vigitrust from 3 years now for data protection management at my organization and never felt that it was not working in right sense. The support team response speed is very good even under peak hours of business i always get the answers within 15 minutes maximum. Security issues are managed well by them too without compromising security of our organization database.
