Overall useful tool; room for improvement

It is easy to use and provides a good overview of your company's current risks. I wish there was more detail on some of the categories. For example, what are the main risks of our organisation? We have not been able to answer this question as it doesn't show a comprehensive list of all the risks we face. As well, at times it has been unclear when certain issues were being covered in an assessment. There are occasions where an issue may have been highlighted as 'high' but does not seem to be…

Pros
  • The ability for users who do NOT hold CISSP certification (my case)to input assessments themselves without having someone else read them over first which takes up valuable resources/time from others already working hard enough! Also helpful features such "quick assessment" feature allows me quick access information about my organization instead spending hours trying figure out everything myself by using other software programs etc

Easy online resource for identifying and managing business risks

Easy access via web browser for users within/outside UK boundaries. Good tool but could be made even more user friendly with better explanations as many functions are not intuitively obvious at first glance without reading manual! It's good if you need to look up information in relation to your organisation policies etc & want easy overview of what is covered under each policy. A great resource - it can really help organisations get their house in order when considering where risks lie for them

Easy to integrate, user friendly and great integration possibility

I like how easy it is for my team members use this software within their day-to-day job duties without having any training required from our side as all tasks are well explained in detail with screenshots/videos etc., also there's an excellent customer support available 24 hours per days (9 am - 6 pm IST).
