I like that it's easy enough for users of all levels to learn how to use but also has plenty of features available so advanced users can tweak things they need without having to ask too many questions. The dashboard layout could be better organized. It makes sense that some of the tabs are more obvious than others. But there are still options in other areas which would require you to dig deeper into sub-menus or read comments left by previous customers. This was helpful when we had several different departments using our software at once. We were able to see what everyone else was doing while keeping an eye on their progress. We weren't always sure where issues came from and this helped us isolate those problems faster than if each person just reported them individually.
