Overall its one great product out there which helps us all round the clock regarding any information related queries in real time way. If you want best solution then definitely this has got your back from every point of view like costumer experience also. Data Protection of client's sensitive informations through cloud storage is an advantage provided by vigi trust services along side many other benefits they provide. Vigitrust has been great so far and we have not encountered any problems yet. I would say that it's a bit more expensive than other solutions out there but they do deliver on their promises and are very responsive when you need support. The platform is easy to use and implement. It's also easy for our employees to access the solution from anywhere via mobile devices. We've been able to track all of our vendor relationships and risk assessments.
