After looking through quite a bit I was able to find a few to use. I'm still not entirely sure what's going on as sometimes the foil you peel off sticks to the second half of the sticky part and tears. I guess my lot was just a lemon. So I increased my star rating from 1 to 2. It's still very hard to find any that haven't been completely destroyed. My gear took longer to ship and set up, so I can't return this item after two days. The plastic feels solid and there are two very small screw holes if you are screwing it into wood or any application other than drywall. If it's drywall, it might work with something that doesn't have a load. Look at the photos how the backing doesn't release properly from the adhesive. If you try to remove the substrate, either the foam that the adhesive is on will come loose or the plastic of the substrate itself will tear. I may have gotten a bad batch, but regarding the glue, this item cannot be used.
