2 motors/one side of the 4-in-1 ESC is cut out

I have built many quadcopters in my time and have rarely had any problems. It looks like the 4-in-1's 2 motors or 2 ESCs are inoperative as the left side is disabled on impact, turning the drone upside down. I have contacted the seller and will update when I receive a response.
