This was a new product listing but it had a feature I needed: the ability to use the knowledge base and mouse with both Mac OS and Windows 10 to use. I use Mac OS 90% of the time but need Windows 10 from time to time. I have a MacBook laptop and a Windows desktop to accommodate my needs. Setting up the KB and mouse with Mac OS was easy and quick, but mainly because the system is a laptop with KB and a trackpad, so there was no boot error. Plus, the system was already up and running and Bluetooth setup was a chore. Setting up Windows 10 was a bit of a hassle as my system wasn't working yet. If you replace KB and mouse, boot with it and then set up Bluetooth KB and mouse. Use a different BT channel than what you use for Mac OS. Then when you reboot, remove your previous KB and mouse and Windows will boot with the new BT and mouse. When switching between Mac OS and Windows OS, make sure to switch KB and mouse channels before turning on your computer so your UEFI BIOS picks up the BT signal instead of throwing a KB error by default. In the future, if you think about switching channels before loading Windows, you should be fine. So far everything is smooth. The keyboard is responsive and doesn't seem to skip any letters you type (which was an issue I had with my previous 2.4GHz KB wireless. The default mouse settings are pretty good, but you can adjust sensitivity like tracking speed and Adjust responsiveness to your liking.For example, I set the tracking speed higher and increased the scrolling speed a little.Since the purchase was new, I can't comment on the durability, but the quality seems very good.The mouse has a decent weight, so it's nice when you move. The keyboard is light but feels stiff, key travel and feedback feel smooth and satisfying. There's a muted click when typing. It's not a quiet keyboard, but I like it. Im Compared to MacBook Butterfly KB, it is similar, but Laptop KB is still better, although there is a slight difference.
