My family and I finally used our hydration packs, all 5 arrived in perfect condition. We went camping and enjoyed using our backpacks for the first time. The backpacks didn't feel heavy (on this hike), the shoulder straps are very comfortable, and we really enjoyed both water exit options (we're left-handed in the family). I like the quality, features and benefits of the packaging, we are thrilled. The size we ordered was perfect for all of us including our 9 year old girl - the package is not too small like the others and not too big for her. We live on a tropical island so we don't have many things but I will update my review after we come back from a longer trek with a different climate where we need to pack more.Update: After the Mt Fuji trek we have these mostly use small backpacks for kids to carry their small things. I was disappointed that the rain got into the backpack and soaked her stuff. Luckily I carried the essentials (extra clothes) in another backpack and they were able to stay warm and dry during our hike the next day. I changed the rating to 4 stars because the backpacks are still very comfortable to wear despite the rain.
