The customer service is amazing, they make it easy to book appointments so I don't have sit around waiting for them which makes my day! Everything works perfectly without any issues or complaints from me at this point in time. It's always nice when you get everything exactly how you want and no problems are ever encountered during your business transactions with their team of experts!! They also offer great rates compared to other companies that charge more than what we pay monthly every month (which doesn't change). We love our receptionist because she is very knowledgeable about all products offered by us as well as helping customers find solutions to common questions/problems that arise within our office environment. She has been extremely helpful throughout training and solving potential concerns that may occur later if not handled properly early on. Their customer service was great! They are extremely knowledgable about the industry, and we were able to get through all of our questions in a short amount of time. The pricing is extremely fair as well. I would definitely recommend them! There wasn't really anything that I disliked at this point. We use Ruby for all of our accounts receivable needs, and they have been able to handle everything so far with ease.
