Lanyard catch not tightened properly
This is a nice big bag. The seams weren't sewn in place and I had to use a needle and thread to secure it, then when I reached to close it the latch didn't work. The strings were put through the wrong hole. I had to re-tighten the latch but after fixing everything it worked. It remains to be seen how durable it is, but I used it to store a small fiberglass Christmas tree, so it won't be reused anyway. Twigs can pierce nylon, we'll see.
