There were 16 brush heads in the pack and they were said to fit regular brushes but I have an Equate Infinity cordless electric toothbrush and it doesn't fit . The heads have to be pressed against the brush and if you want to push them all the way they are very difficult to remove. In general, I would hold the crown about three quarters down to make it easier to take off later. The bristles are very hard and hurt my gums at times, but that's okay because I paid a very low price. However, I wish I had bought 16 to have my gums hurt like this for years. I would recommend finding another brand if you have sensitive gums but if your gums are made of steel then this product is for you. Also, due to the stiffness of the bristles, the bristles do not fall apart over time like many other toothbrush heads do.
