This product is ideal for small spaces. We have a small apartment and couldn't find anywhere to put the tray other than off a basic lot. This is a cheaper, more decorative version of the cabinet furniture you see online. Some people mentioned putting the bowl in theirs. We chose not to, and cleaning isn't difficult. This is a fairly large container with a large opening. My only complaints are the large opening (other animals can access the litter) and the fact that it doesn't hide odor as well as traditional litter boxes. All in all a great product if you want to hide the tray.
