Good deal for capacitance and resistance meters
Works. I removed some pretty decent transformers, lots of copper, and still tested them closely against much more expensive big brands. I tested both 5kV and 500V. One downside I noticed is that the screen doesn't light up if you turn the dial too fast. Weird, but be careful when you turn it on and it works every time.
