Thought they would be snug and support my heel but they didn't. I wore them under my gym socks and wore sneakers with good insoles. I found that they actually gave me less stability as they slipped into my sock and shoe. Then they are uncomfortable. Also, they're silicone, and yes, they have little holes in them to allow your feet to "breathe," but when I took them off, they were just gross and sweaty. I tore a plantar fascia tendon a few years ago and have had to be extra careful ever since. But even with good shoes and insoles, the foot hurts after a really good run. I thought it would be a good thing to supplement my foot care but it turned out to be a waste of money.
